I love the JFDI attitude. Cant buy spares for love nor money? Have an original to copy? take it to an engineering company to do as a side job inbetween their run rate customers work, probably using offcuts from metal paid for by their other customers...

Engaging with an engineering company for custom CNC stuff like this for bikes and cars shows great commitment to keeping these bikes going. I've been down this road before a few years ago with very custom inlet manifolds for an old sportscar car that I wanted to bring the induction system up to modern standards. Happy days..

I do hope this works well cause I'll then want you to do the same with the legs next so I can have some of these forks on my Torus :D

I'm reteaching myself CAD after a 20 year layoff for that reason.
Not for bike stuff, but to experiment with RC car stuff.
