Have you owned this from new?
Gran Tour was how Raleigh sold the Randoneur as a frameset rather than a complete bike.
The only frames I know with the LHS spoke holder was the 3rd generation Randoneur (or Gran Tour same frame )made from the amazing and very desirable Reynolds 708 Touristique tubing.

See if you can get the frame no. and speak with a Raleigh expert.
£100 for a 708 frame is a mad bargain.
The Special Products head badge can fetch £30-40 on its own.
Good Luck with the sale,if I was nearer to Bristol I would be tempted to snap it up.
Great project for someone.
