Raleigh Silhouette

I thought I had seen everything before, but it was completely new to me. This Raleigh Silhouette (according to framenumber july 1981) has 27 inch wheels with new Schwalbe tires. I wonder if the rear mech is original. It is a Shimano long cage for the 6-vit freewheel with a 32 cog. Where the rest is Suntour, which is original I believe. It is in a pretty nice condition. Mudguards are sprayed in the same color and with striping. Which is not so common anymore.

Posssible, the framenumber contains an "S" as production plant. There is a sticker near the bracket which says it is build in England. According to the internet sites I know I cannot find which plant it is. I bought the bike here in The Netherlands. There is no sticker as well from a local bike shop anywhere. :?:
