In need of work for sure, but some decent components (cranks, mechs, possibly retrofriction shifters). It looks like hte frame is more than decent too, nice lugs (Prugnat)?), fastback stay, Campag dropouts ... there's a decal by the shifters which I can't make out but I think I can see some green, so maybe 531?
