Raleigh "not a Stratos" any help what frame it is?

Mine is a French import. Our RRA at the time was on 27" and no where near as tight geometry wise.

Funnily enough I've got a set of similar Vitus crown forks on Ebay at the moment - but with Campag drop outs.

Mine has Campag ends and drop outs but it's a 1980.

It's got the wrong forks

This is part of the German catalogue which I'm sure is for 1983 so one year out showing the Roads Ace has gone aero. The Professional Mk6 frame for the European market, in the UK we got the Mk7 Professional/Team Replica frame with fastback seat stays

Just found the same frame - here on Retrobike.
Interestingly it's another French import and the owner thinks it might be a Competition.

Found another one, same again apart from the fork. This one dates from November 1980 with the we won the Tdf sticker. Have you bought it, how did you manage to find it? Looking forward to hearing about it's history and the stock Raleigh components requisitioned for the build
