Awesome! The Mustang was my first MTB too in the exact same colour scheme. It was way too big for me at the time, typical parents trick of buy it big, he'll grow into it. Little did they know that I would get the bug and be asking for something in the right size and more capable of what I wanted to ride on it.....oh, and it cost a bit more too

I know the feeling there bud, unwrapping a massive size bike at Xmas,
And parents say he be ok riding that.

Frame numbers from Nottingham 'normally' work like this:

First Letter - Where the frame was made (N for Nottingham)

Second Letter - The month it was made

First number the year it was made (i.e. 6 would mean 1976/1986 etc)

Not sure when it stopped being like this, but it did at some point
