Raleigh Mirage 1991 Re Commission

Well I’ve got the first parts in for the Mirage, I’m still really making my mind up on what to do with the bike. Currently she’s sat looking pretty! I’ve removed the horrible reflective stickers from the wheels too!

One like this was my first MTB in 1990, stolen twice. It must've been popular. Nice to see them like this still.

Ahh that’s a shame about it getting stolen! Yeah, she seems to be In pretty ni T condition. I’ve actually been told mine is a 91 due to the colour coded reflector brackets. Anyhow here’s a few updated pictures. I’ve changed the seat and removed the horrible reflective stickers off the wheels. The ones on the cranks are being a pain. Might try a wee bit heat.
