Raleigh Maverick Front Mech

Hi,
Does anyone know which front mech was fitted to the 1985 Raleigh Maverick?

Been looking for a brochure but can't seem to locate one.

Thanks for the replies, and the link. As to whether the bike had a front mech or not I think it depends on what model Maverick you had, but mine deffo did.

My Maverick is fitted with Suntour Mountech mechs front and rear. I consider the bike to be mostly original so when I did a refurb a couple
of years ago I sourced a nos rear mech and a nos front mech cage. To avoid any confusion this bike is the 15speed 1986 version with a
' Made in Japan' label on the bottom of the seat tube. It is generally believed that these Mavericks were in fact Specialized Rockhopper frames
rebadged to enable Raleigh to enter the expanding MTB market as quickly as possible. Hope this helps

Further to my last post, I should have mentioned that the best way of identifying an original Maverick is by looking at the dropouts.
They should be of the forged variety, the rear one has triangle of metal ' missing' from its centre. The cheaper/later Mavericks have
dropouts that have been blanked out and formed from mild steel plate in order to save money. I believe that the slightly later bikes did
have Sachs- Huret front and rear mechs and were usually finished in a Silver/Grey colour . The earlier models were mostly Rusty Brown

Cheers, Suntour on the rear and Shimano on the front, so I guess I'm looking for a Mech. BTW what were the shifters?

Just had a look ( its hanging from the roof of my workshop ) they are Suntour XC shifters. My frame has always suffered from paint 'pox' where
the original finish seems to erupt in places almost as if the frame was slightly rusty when originally painted. I am reluctant to re-finish it as it has a nice patina and there are no decals/stickers available ( though I could get some made )

I doubt the Specialized connection, even just a quick squizz at the frames says no.
