Hi there all. This is my first time on retrobike and am really looking forward to spending hours on here. What I'm really looking for on here is the Raleigh M-Trax series. i bought my 1st proper mountain bike the M-Trax 1000ls in i think 95/96. Its still a lovely bike to ride but would like to start a little collection of these. Im picking up my M-Trax 2000 this weekend, excited, but what I'm really looking for are the Ti 1000-4000. Any help or information out there about these bikes would be very much appreciated.
Fingers crossed and ill keep my eyes glued to the screen.

Great bikes. I have a Ti 1000, a 2000 with the Pace Fork option and a 4000 frame that's not built as yet.
It may help if you detail the size you require.
There is a Dyna Tech / Raleigh appreciation thread on here, with hundreds of pages of information pics etc, and some catalogues in the archive section.

Re:

A Ti 1000 in reasonable condition, maybe 100 pounds, maybe slightly less.

Raleigh's Special products division's Titanium and steel frames are pretty nice, I have several myself in different colours and models. Here are some of mine:

Love the Dynatec.

Thanks. Those UGLI forks are a bit rare, and I guess would push up the price of a bike by about 50 pounds.
By a bit more than £50 I would have thought Sir!

Well, sold seperately a pair of steel UGLIs typically have sold for 50 to 80 gbp including postage.

There's always enough to go round, in my eyes they're seriously under-rated bikes.
I've got an M-Trax 500 and a Ti 3000, which is currently mid-build and deserves a build thread on here really....
4000's are rare, and if you find a 3000, you can easily turn it into a 4000 by changing from LX to XT..

Good luck in your quest
