Raleigh Joop - thread revival after 8 years!

Back in the Early / Mid Eighties, i had a Raleigh Joop Zoetemelk
It looked a lot like a Europa, but i gues that may have just been the colours. Howere, i can find no record of this bike anywhere on the Web, any one kn ow anything?

It had Joop's signature along the top tube, and whilst other cheaper steel frames, like the Arena or the Europa (i think) had 18-23 HT Steel (what ever those numbers meant) this had 20-30.

Anyone? Anything?

I got one! I got one! After more than 30 years I've got the bike I used to have as a kid! It was lovely then and I have a Raleigh Joop Zoetemelk heading this way soon! Was it some one here who sold it?
