Raleigh Frame probably 501 or K2 tubing

I saw that, stays suggest either 501 or k2, the horizontal dropout confirm early 501, probably 89 as it has canti brake and not u (which they had in 8, dropouts changed to vertical in 1990. K2 were all vertical dropout.
