what about them rust bubbles on the headtube?
I don't know how much of the bike is titanium

This is a 2070 frame set, 531 main tubes with 653 rear triangle IIRC.

Yup, tubes might be the other way round but either way, it’s not titanium.

I think the lugs are aluminium, so that would be oxidation under the paint.
