Raleigh dynatech maybe diablo

I have just been offered one for sale but its a bit of a mess. Hand painted by a blind man in silver with the diablo (i think) colourway showing through.
So are they any good? The guy said it was titanium but wanted to check on here first and find out the tubing spec. I've done a search on here and it seem dynatech info is a bit of a minefield. Any help appreciated.
Oh, £40 quid for the complete bike but the parts are a mashup of all sorts. Cheers

cant go wrong. a good clean down with thinners may get the crudely applied overcoating off..
