Yep that is a 1992 Diablo frame and fork.
As above it would've originally had mostly M550 LX components, unless it's a Diablo DX, in which case it would've been M650 DX throughout.
For brakes however it would have had Dia-Compe 985s with SS5 levers. Would also have had DX (MT-62) thumbshifters as standard spec.
