Cheers GT, the seller said he'd happily box it up and post it at the buyers expense, I'm still on the fence but it looks like it might be a cracker if the price stays reasonable.

This was a 2055 tubeset.
For comparison the models were:
2055 - 501 main tubes only.
2060 - 531 main tubes, 501 rest.
2070 - 653 main tubes, 531 seatstays.

It was only in 92 that they introduced the titanium tubed frames.

Picked this up locally last night and thought I’d share on here as it’s an unusual one.
Raleigh Special Products
Genuine original dyna-tech racing branding but
Raleigh Optima tubing!
Serial number has an E prefix which puts it about 1994/5 I think.
Mix of stx rc, Shimano XT, shimano
SRT300i gripshift
Tektro levers
Mavic 238 alivio hubs

I know optima and optima race was available through RSP in the later 90’s. Guessing this was one of the early Optima frame at a time when they still had Dyna-Tech branding knocking about.
Lovely bike to ride.

But according to that literature above, built up, the Sentinel weighed the same as the Encounter and the Voyager 🤷‍♂️

Just picked up a dynatech frame/ forks and zoom quill stem for a whooping £1.38, if any has any additional info on it will be much appreciated, it's cromo tubing but stickers brand it as Raleigh rather than Reynolds, big cheese says it may be more special than all appears IMG-20220528-WA0002.jpg IMG-20220528-WA0000.jpg IMG-20220528-WA0001.jpg

Dynatech road frame (2070) and forks from a dearly departed friend. Think he bought it in 1993 whilst we were at uni together. Only rode it a short time as too big for me, and it needed some TLC from Argos Cycles to sort serious rusting through on the seat stays.
