For sale is what I’m sure is a warranty replacement frame for a Dyna-Tech Odyssey. From my research it looks like Raleigh used a 1994 Dyna-Tech Diablo LX as the base and sprayed it in the Odyssey blue/grey leaving the titanium tubes polished. It’s the same frame, titanium top and seat tubes, steel rear triangle, all the cable stops/tube junctions etc are identical. Forks had Tange stickers on them before I sprayed them the closest colour I could find to match. It’s not a pro spray job but is acceptable.
Only for sale as I have picked up a genuine Odyssey on here - I already have 2 of the 1991 Dyna-Tech range and wanted to add to it! It’s a bit of a shame as I had only just finished building it up again https://www.retrobike.co.uk/threads/maybe-not-a-raleigh-dynatech-odyssey.431200/page-2
It’s got marks I have touched in with the closest paint I could get tried to show in photos. It’s a rider for sure - it could make a nice tourer has rack/mudguard mounts on the rear and two sets of cage bosses.
Weighs about 2.6kg frame and forks. Seat tube is 19”/48cm c to c approx. Top tube is 22 1/2”/58cm approx c to c. Head tube is 155mm top to bottom. I’m 6’2” and this was about right, a bit of room to go higher and lots to go smaller on the seat post.
It’s frame and forks only but have included a photo of when last built up.
£75 posted or an adjustment downwards if you can collect from near Stamford/Peterborough area.
