For those owning a Raleigh Road Ace circa.1987, that is the frame which is dark blue and Polar Blue the nearest I have found so far to a match with the dark blue is RAL 5017 Traffic Blue. I found an enamel touch up paint with this RAL code on eBay this week. Still working on the Polar Blue match though...it may require a bit of mixing?

There is a bicycle shop in West Wickham Kent called Young's that was once a Raleigh dealer and now specialises in Raleigh Chopper restorations so try them, I'm sure they could help?
