After sitting for years in my garage I thought I'd finally do something about this wheel.
I'll be honest - the internals were a bit rusty. I took it apart years ago and began cleaning it down and then... I left it. But last week I picked it back up, cleaned and rebuilt the hub.
All the parts were cleaned up, sanded, filed, I got them all nice and clean and then left them to soak in gear oil before reassembling. I used new pawl springs and bearings and now it's clicking away nicely.
Rim and spokes are original Raleigh and could do with a little clean up and true.
£30 - postage would be a tenner by parcelforce
