Now its clean the middle two sprockets (16t & 18t maybe) look have some hooking on the teeth. You might get away with a new chain on the other sprockets though.

Hiya- i know this is an old thread but i have just found myself one of these bananas and the freewheel needs replacing. I wondered if anyone could give me some advice (as a newby) about whether I could change the entire groupset and what would fit ? Thats providing i can get this thing off lol (also having issues as above).

Depends. If the teeth on the chainset are still in good nick and the rear mech isn't shot then just replace the freewheel and chain.
