I agree. I think it's the shop's 45th anniversary (of something). The bike itself seems to be a bit of a mixed bag. I can't really see the frame number clearly. What letter does it begin with? That might help us find a starting point

Frame number  YF98I0032. On the vintage Raleigh web site Y never came into it, A to like H etc. The Emblem of the seat looks old, ones i was looking at on ebay the emblems were more modern graphics and the old Selle Royal seats were between £50 and £120 used lol

Sutcliffes Cycles closed in 2020 after 60yrs. So 45th birthday would be 2005 they sold a lot of 2nd hand bikes tho
