and there is a 97 Pulse in the UK that got repainted in the green/white/pink team colors. not sure if i have seen it here (cant find it) or on stw.
yeah, the Team paint would be kinda wrong on a 93 attitude but let's not be too picky
did you find out if it has the 45mm or the 48mm down tube?

Take a look at the British equivalent of this place:

You would be amazed at what they have. I've perused the catalogs and there are more variations than you can shake a stick at (or even several sticks). The paint samples they have are not pictures, but actual painted samples. So if it's a color-shifting paint, you can see that, if it flouresces, you can see that too. If you have a Klein catalog, bring it in and see what they have. Also, scour the net for pictures of the colors you want to match. One picture isn't going to be ideal but if you can bring it a dozen pictures of a horizon fade, they can help you to get an idea of the colors that would be in question. That said, I've never seen a really great picture (even from a Klein catalog) of the 1990 Team Colors.
I have a pearl colored 96 Attitude and I thought I would repaint it once it arrived and instead I'm going to paint the stem to match. Rather pretty.

If your ever in Brighton, you could take the old Attitude for a spin! Im interested in what Argos have quoted for replacing the Team paint work as im toying with the idea of getting mine resprayed.

One other thing, flourescent paints are often more susceptible to fading than others so if you do get a bike in front of you, be sure to check under the chainstays or fork for an original color. I've had a bike look really great and then I cut off a ziptie and could see that the color had indeed faded.
Now I have a line where the colors don't match. It's ok, in 5 years it will have all faded evenly.

I did mess up that link. Tell you what, call auto parts store or a harley store (they often know this stuff) and say, "I'm looking for a place that deals with custom auto paints and I'm not looking for someone who dabbles in it but someone who specializes in it." I'm certain they would know. I just don't know the British equivalent.
I have lived in England but didn't look up auto paints when I was there, I'll admit, but try looking in the yellow pages for automotive paint supplies. There really isn't a 'bike paint industry' it pretty much follows auto paint. But tell them what you're looking for and ask if they have the big books of paint samples. That will be the key for your search.
I've had one bike custom painted and have several other items with custom work (with sometimes stunning results and sometimes...not so stunning) and I'm looking at buying an airbrush, so I have dabbled in this area just enough to make it look like I know what I'm talking about but I really don't.
