Raising the Bar... WAY up

There is a rule to be a bit confortable: The tip of the saddle should be leveled with the handlebar. I ride almost all my bicycles like this since 2002, when I bought the GF Sugar and today is the same with modern stuff leveled or the bar a bit up if you want extra confort.
On any bike I cobble together I always have the handlebars higher than the saddle. It looks like a comfort bike geometry is neccessary, but those are mostly aluminum framed and look kind of "special needs" in appearance.

Indeed... usually I'll try and find the biggest bike I can (which is not easy to do), largely out of neccessity (I'm 1.94m). Oversized bikes are quite rare around here.
Where is round there?

What’s that in old money?

Edit: I’m 190.5 then. With 33 ish inside leg. Centre to seat top is usually 30.5 inches. Everything else is taken from that constant and can be adjusted depending on frame.

A little off topic but relevant. Last year I toured with a tiny tent I pretty much had to crawl in and out of. Well. I saw an unopened bag on Facebook and took a punt. The chap wouldn’t post or accept PayPal so I put a shout out on my “sad bicycle buddy site.” Sure enough , someone nearby responded, picked it up, paid for it and posted it on. All for a “drink” on top of cost. Faith restored. The doubting Thomas (Mary) is obviously out.
