I've read everything I can find. "EASY" is what I understood, not what I'm experiencing.
Any idea how to remove the bearings and outboard spacers off without destroying things?View attachment 883598
Lol, yeah I can see how you got to that point. I want far off and decided to put things in a bag and hope for directions. I've got a friend who can machine new stoppers but that seems like a lot of effort just to get a ti BB back in action. Now I've done this, let me think, pretty sure I cut the rings off...
Then bailed on it.
What I probably should have done it heat the rings and see if they slide off. After that it's easier. But no idea if it'll work and not damage anything.
I will check at some point (busy at the moment) to see if I actually fixed on properly. I remember so thing like that on a second one (about 10 or so years ago)
Guess pushing grease through hasn't worked and it's still gritty?
