Quill to ahead adapters?

All of them work fine. Its just a quill stem.. Not rocket science. Think the BBB extenders always worked well for the application.

But converting quill to ahead is so yesterday, how about converting ahead to quill using dodgy seatpost clamps sourced from the skip?

Origin 8 makes a quill which has a modern look, weighs about, 370 grams, I don't know if that works for your weight goals.

Thanks - don't see them for sale in the UK unfortunately.

370g is not far off a heavy adapter + regular riser stem, but it being one single unit is probably one less thing to go wrong.
