quill stem (with provision for cantilever brakes)

Hi, I'm after a quill stem either with a cable roller or with a hole that accepts the brake cable when using cantilever brakes, removing the need for a separate hanger. This is for my 'cross bike but I thought this'd be the most appropriate place to ask.

A bit of rise and around 100mm length would be ideal, though I'll be willing to make a few adjustments. My bars are 25.8mm and my steerer 1".

I've got a stem from an old orange clockwork. You'll need a bolt and the quill, but it fits the bill. Condition wise its fine, just a bit of surface rust that is barely visible.
