Quantum Pro begins a Restoration...

The Quantum Pro begins a full restoration: my daily trainer, had rust on the bottom bracket and water bottle mounts....as well as two dents I created in the work stand...
Airglow down in Georgia, USA is well versed in the Klein linear fade paint schemes....but I am going a different direction....so purists be ware !
Also, for everyone: Phil Wood makes outboard bearings for the Klein bottom brackets!!

bead blasting this week, hopefully.

Blimey.......is the top tube that thin? did you just crush it in the jaws..

tweaked it a bit too far in the jaws....two more underneath...opposite

the real work begins:
chemical stripping followed by bead blasting. the dent in the down tube was from the factory! they patched and sent it on
