If you have one and time to spare; i would like to know what the gap is between the plates of an old XT front mech cage. Max and min (if there are any wierd bulges in the plates). Also.....the length of the arc(that is just above the large ring) of the outer cage.
I am mostly interested in the 738 version, but the 737 looks like the same cage.
