I have come to the conclusion they all must have the same saddle. It is the main contact patch between rider and bike so commonality increases the chance I will pick the right bike for the ride, not the most comfortable.

Unless your three bikes do the same job and have the same riding position, fitting the same saddle to all three could be the worst thing you could do.

They all have different roles, but are set up very closely to one another.

I try and keep the contact points the same on my bikes; bars with the same sweep etc, saddles and grips.

Personally, I'm a big, big fan of the SDG I Fly and Ti Fly saddles. I like the narrower saddles.
