one very purple GT RTS for sale.
Early 90s Not entirely sure of the year but it looks to have a steel rear triangle if that helps to date it.
19” frame.
Lots of original/retro parts including XTR canti brakes, XTR front hub. XT rear derailleur, massive middle burn chainrings on xt cranks. Really cool gt steel stem, club roost bars, USE seat post, purple DCD and original spds.
It does however have a late 90s RST 461 forks and an early 00’s LX rear hub with a road bike cassette.
It is mechanically sound, newish chain and unworn transmission. New brake blocks and tyres in good condition. Pivot Bearings and Fork all seem to be in good working order.
It does require some love though and would be a great project. It’s paint is pretty worn and tatty and has suffered a few botched touch up jobs.
£400 looks like a fair price, and much less than that and it will be more use to me as spares which would be sad!
