The sound is hard to describe....it's like a chrr you make with the back of your toungue. Somewhere between a "k" and a "sh" soundwise
Try to imagine "pooch" minus the "s" sound if that's of any help...

I think KayOs has it. It's like the 'ch' in Scottish loch. English folk often struggle with it and say lock.
