Pub bike

Sounds great. Pics?
This pub bike was put in the scrap bin in about 1987. No photos exist. I build another right after, using an old big box store ten speed. I sprayed the whole rusty mess with chrome paint without disassembly. Chrome paint overspray was on the tires chain seat, etc. I called it the ”Silver Maggot”. I’ve had a few bikes since then with the same name. The name was scrawled on the bike with a permanent marker pen. Here is one from a few years ago, but that is now also broken. It’s made by welding a girls and boys frame together to make one frame, a gender bender. 6D42A1B5-C2CC-4FA0-823C-11347F6DBB3A.jpeg

we doing piccys now then. goodie.
here she is. the nail "outlawed nail" as in, she shouldn't have been made in to a bike, she should have been made in to nails.

funny enough, no one ever wanted a go it, I could leave it outside the pub without locking it up, if it moved, it only moved to the other end of the car park before the wouldbe waste of a foreskin figured they were better off walking. the silver bits are because it's a composit, steel frame with aluminium duct tape wrapped round it the sprayed blackish. mishmash of wheels, crazy seat height, super low flat bars, it was a hoot for me. :)
