The cup text isn’t bad on that at all.

The bearings are the obvious giveaway but also the upper part of the headsets text is off.

One of the better ones though.

I would advise against posting a link to fake goods - you don't need to be making a profit to be implicated.

Don't really understand how sites like AliExpress & temu keep going - lots of products on there seem to be either a blatant counterfeit or at least infringing on some kind of copyright

You can buy anything you want on the Internet, and most countries don't check most private parcels below a certain size.

I'm seeing loads of fakes for sale as genuine second-hand by private sellers.

And cheaper parts too.. we even found some fake "tourney" on an Internet bike.
I mean why would you bother!!

Only it didn't work, whereas tourney does. That's what flagged it up.

I purchased a pair of fake pauls levers a bit ago purely to see what they were like. They actually looked the part but you could tell by the pivots and the general feel.

Sold them onto a mate who wanted them. I couldn’t fit fake parts to a bike personally

Just add the word “repro” or reproduction and suddenly it’s all ok ……
