Proflex 855 upgrade advice please

When mounted they should compress about 1/10th of the travel under your weight. Adjust firmer or there. from there. I think they might be more difficult to install if they are fully pumped with air which it sounds like they might be. Not going to hurt it to let some air out and see if it compresses easier.

Shocks are now on the bike.
I must say the fixing/pivot points are Very precisely made.
The front shock seems very plush.

The rear shock seems a little harsh at the moment.
This may be due to the leverage applied by the rears geometry.
A phone call to Risse explaining my concerns, they advised it should reduce over time as the seals bed in.

Bonus, the front shock is 50gram lighter than the elastomer.
while the rear shock is 10gram heavier than the elastomer unit.

Beamish woods here we come.

I sent them an email enquiry prior to purchase, no reply.
So I thought maybe they need to see the colour of my money so made the purchase and just received an automated email.

2 Days ago I emailed them re my stiction concerns and again no reply so I was a little peeved to say the least.

So I made a phone call from work at 17:00 BST Spoke to Kevin.
Kevin is very knowledgeable on the product, and he answered all my concerns and put my mind to rest. I also mentioned my frustration re emails.

I later emailed Risse and at last received a reply.

To conclude, so far a great product and canny customer service if you make the call and dont rely on email.

I guess they may get swamped with dead enquiries.

you can display the pictures on here. It does look good with a pair of matching shocks.

It's a shame but I think with my small frame that rear shock wouldn't fit between the plates. Does the front have the same ammount of travel as it did before?
