Proflex 854 elastomers: Where to buy?

Hi guys

I bought the attached girvin proflex 854 for some vintage races this autumn. I could already sort out the pedals (time) and jersey (girvin) thanks go this forum. However, the elastomers are bit of a headache.

Where should I purchase them? I wrote to Jim from suspensionforkparts but his website is down since several days and shipping from the US will also be a hassle. Not sure if this route will work. He recommended the following parts:
Front: Girvin Vector 1&2 Elastomer Refresh Kit Dual + Spacer
Rear: Proflex 854 Rear Kit Dual + Spacer

Any other sources? I found a guy on facebook in Hungary who has some B-grade stock left.

I would like to replace the spring at the back. However, it seems that the spacer is missing. Any clue where I could get it from? Is it a crucial part?
