Your elastomers are probably sacked, as mine were. Check also if the screw is loose. You can put some rubber washers in to take up the slack, and grease the screw with synthetic grease. Petroleum based grease degrades the polyurethane.
Rapid Descent Scotland may have retrofit elastomers for your bike also.
