Hi All - I‘ve just bought a nice original Proflex 550….well I think its very original. But its fitted with Gripshifts - does anyone know if these were standard fit? Also the handlebars don’t look original - any idea what was standard fit?
All other parts look original, saddle in lovely condition and tyres look standard fit
I’m trying to bring it back to original spec as much as possible and preserve rather than restore it - always wanted one in the 90’s but could never afford one!! Any help would be much appreciated in bringing back to original..then I need to convince my wife that I need to keep it!
