Proflex 1000

So.. I picked up this Proflex 1000, not quite sure the year but it is one of the later units. It is completly stock, including the tires..

Need opinions -

1) Clean it up and hang on the wall as is
2) Retromod it with custom paint and updated parts into street bike
3) Dump it, not worth my effort without touching it

I'd just clean it up and use it as a rider.
if it needs money spent then option #3.

It's from 1998 the year proflex was taken over by K2 and slowly started changing their name.
