Problem Sending PM

All the PM's I'm wanting sent end up in the outbox, no option to post...!! :roll:

Thats not strictly correct, the same happens if the recipient opens his inbox but has not read the pm. So when the pm moves from the outbox to the sentbox it means the recipient has received it.
