Pre 98 'Orange Clockwork' Max Fork LEngth

Sorry, I might have forgotten to add: I've added pics of the seat and chainstays to my gallery as well as head tube. The seatpost outer diameter is 28.6mm and I think I'm running a 28.6mm seatpost (if this size is critical then I can get out my calipers and check it again).

Any info (if it's not the Clockwork I once thought it was) on what this might be would be totally appreciated.
