IMO, yes.
There are two frames on this thread. One had an RRP of about £100 and the other £500.
If you want some honest advice, snap that S-Works up for £80. Its a GREAT frame that has been refinished to a high standard by APi (who I know). I'm almost tempted to nab it myself
It'll make for an amazing project bike. Your first project could be the best you ever do!
