We don’t all have to ‘bend a bit during this crisis’ - we can and should moan or complain if we feel like it. It’s not the fault of Parcelforce nor DHL but they’re not what the OP was complaining aboutWoz":2znt44va said:legrandefromage":2znt44va said:I thought first world problems were for the Waitrose forums?
Got to say, the most appropriate response to this thread.
OP, just be a bit reasonable and patient during this shit storm, however ridiculous. We've all got to
bend a bit during this crisis. My thoughts go out to all the truck drivers in Calais and Dover. I for one
acted quick, and dashed out to get the last two bottles of Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce in the
not so local (French) supermarket. You see it's all about hardship for everyone. Everyone as there
levels of shit to deal with and find solution as a Spanish Policeman told me when I was stranded 1400 Km
from home during the first lock-down. It isn't the first nor will be the last time borders get closed off, and
I can assure working in the logistics industry, they are doing all they can. Give them some slack.

Ridiculous!!!

Right, you can requote til the cows come home. I was angry on the surface with decisions made by said companies. But my real anger is the way decisions like these are being made on a daily basis,by government,by huge firms- well not really being made by them at all, being made by the puppet masters who are determined to ruin small businesses and recreate the divide between the poor and the filthy rich! Eradicate the middle class so to speak.
I could go on in detail.
