postage from Germany

Can someone help?

Seen a.nice bike for sale, but seller is in Germany and won't post.

Can someone help me please? And how much would it cost to send?

Are you sure they won't let it be collected? If it is a big place chances are you could find a local pack and send service. That way they can go collect the bike, and then pack it and send it to you. Like it says on the tin.

I have used similar services to get round recalcitrant sellers on Ebay many times, usually for musical gear or camera gear from the US.

I have been in touch with the seller, and he has now offered to post the item. Possibly as it didn't sell first time. Trying to sort it out now

I find a lot of sellers will change their mind once you make contact with them; I guess it is the fact you, as a distant buyer, prompts realisation they are restricting their market.

Beautiful day up here, after a windy night we had quite a bit of sun with a few rainshowers.
