Don't think it's a Raleigh, not with those lugs, seatstay top arrangement and chrome forks. Nice looking frame though. Aren't full chrome forks on a 501 frame a bit unusual?

I personally think it´s an own-brand frame sold by the Pohlmann bike shop in Hanau in the 80s.

Unfortunately Pohlmann aren´t around any more so the trail goes cold there.

Still, nice wee winter bike and an easy build from the parts bin. Rides very nicely indeed.
