Or maybe not. But they were the lightest I could source at the time. I am sure that people will be along with info about some other lighter things soon, if I am incorrect....

X Lite spun alloy. Were black many many years ago when I bought them. I think in 1991. Now are shiny alloy. SOLD....

These are not the rather agricultural ‘Stubbies’ (of which I think I have a blue pair somewhere....need to remember to root them out) Rather, these were the very top end X Lites of the time. There is a problem with them. They whistle. In a cross wind, on top of a hill, they whistle. It’s because they have a hole in the end. I used to stick a small piece of black gaffer tape over each hole, increasing their weight by...about nothing...and increasing the number of uses of gaffer tape.
