Possible Holdsworth??

These are the only photos I can get from the seller but the Nervex lugs and Professional Fork Crown say this could be a Holdsworth?? Not entirely sure of the model though??

Yes! Hadn’t seen these lugs before but spot on, I remember seeing these lugs on a Raleigh??

Yep, Capella. Raleigh nicked a few sets for custom SBDU frames. I've seen a couple on other builders frames as Carlton flogged off sets when they closed
