You'll have to start teaching the basics first, like putting your hand in front of your face when sneezing/coughing. Seems what I was tought in junior school ( coughs and sneezes spread diseases) is no longer emphasised in schools any more.

It has always confused me how many people seem to lack the understanding of how potent a sneeze is. That is also one of the reasons why people that claim that 2 meters distance from a possibly infected person is all you need are clueless. They can sneeze in the shops and it'll linger for a good while, spreading merrily.
