Polishing advice?

yeah i made enquiries about converting my twin wheeled bench grinder[which was dirt cheap] and purchasing
a couple of mop wheels.
there seems to be a a double operation of a soap paste wheel followed by a buffer.
but then a hand rag and solvol might be good. any tips any one ?

Should be fine if you use a 6" or less diameter wheel.
Not sure what you mean about double operation?

Agreed with above; the @ Kettlo polishing thread is terrific. Someone suggested on that thread, that it may be useful having a 'restoration' section. I agree with that . I came across it totally by accident, only after reading through lots of posts.
