That extra sleeve around the seat tube top is very early-90s. The cast bottom bracket shell looks nice. I'm wondering if it's an early Orange Clockwork.
Knowing where you are would help - Orange would be unlikely outside the UK.

To me, a serial with a K like that hints that it might be from the Kinesis factory, and if the first character is a T, could confirm was manufactured in Taiwan. They made a ton of bikes under a bunch of different names
