Please help me I.D this curious Brakeset

Found this nos at a local store, no idea what they are but they are light and look rather well made.

They look like the later version of the Control Tech canti. IIRC the early control techs were a little sharper around the edges as they were CNCed, they look forged to me. They rely on the straddle creating the tension in the brake arms rather than having springs in each arm. Had a set and as I recall they were easy to set up, weighed nothing and were plenty strong enough!

Looks like their is a pair of Onzer HO brakes as well.

mine are the earlier versions in that case, they work without cantilever springs and just use the straddle wire to push or pull the canti's in
