Hi Terry

Thanks again for the help! Not 100% sure but it's looking like the frame could be a Roi-De-Velo from 1938-39.
Tandem Group Cycles Ltd were very pleasant but couldn't be of any help, due to a lack of historical documents when they acquired Claud Buttler.
So as for the correct decals & colour I'll have to Keep working on it.
